Are there any hidden costs?

The cost is just £1850/year or £159/month..

You can purchase additional users at £925/year per 50 users (also includes 250 more External Users and another 2.5GB data)

Additional External Access Users can be purchased at £500 per annum for 500 more users including QR codes,

iHASCO training for just £35 per person per annum for access to over 120+ courses.

The only additional charge which certainly isn't hidden and may never be needed is for data over the 5GB provided with the subscription. If you need more, it's only £100 per 5 GB per year.
