Can I cancel anytime?

We require 30 days notice to cancel your account before automatic renewal which occurs on an annual basis. If you cancel before the end of your 12 month contract you will not receive a refund for any remaining months.

If you have subscribed to a monthly subscription plan you will need to cancel on or before month 11, 23, 35 etc of your subscription. You must continue to make payments until the 12th payment has been received for each year you subscribe.
