Can I customise or add my own fields?


Most of the system is customisable to add your own terminology, language and capture key information for your organisation. You can find custom fields in Audits, actions, incidents and non-conformances even allows for any additional fields to be added to the forms.

You can create a range of different custom fields including:

  • Single Line Text
  • Multi Line Text
  • Number
  • Drop Down
  • Single Choice
  • Multiple Choice

Drop down, single choice and multiple choice are all fields that can be reportable criteria.  

You can do this in most of our modules by going to Options > Manage Fields
