Can I give my contractors access to upload their documents?

If you want your contractors to be in control of and manage their own documents and requirements with automated reminders for you both then we have a new distribution tool coming very soon in Q4 2024

This will allow you to distribute a request against one of your contractor requirements (i.e. Public Liability, Policies etc) directly to the individual who needs to upload there documents. 

On top of that you will be able to send a Risk Assessment to anyone to sign and accept, or even distribute a policy change to all of your employees from our Business Requirements module.

Accompanying this new distribution tool will be a training course builder. Allowing you to build onboarding or internal training courses using, text, images and even videos. These can then be assigned to groups or individuals to complete, take and assessment and even download a completion certificate.
