MY Compliance Management Reasurrance Statement

MY Compliance Management Ltd has been supplying our MY Compliance Management product since 2014, and we will continue to meet our clients’ needs and demands for many years to come.

Due to the uncertainty of business and trade in the UK and Europe we have put measures in place to reassure our clients.

Should we cease trading for any reason we will continue to provide access to the software free of charge for 3 months. This will allow our clients to export and download their data even after we are no longer trading. There will be a separate fund for this supported by the directors.

Your data always remains your data; should you wish to leave when your contract expires then you simply download the data in csv or pdf format from the relevant module.

We will continue to maintain and improve both physical and cyber security across our whole organisation ensuring customer data is always protected. MY Compliance Management Ltd is certified Cyber Essentials and our data centre which is based in the UK is ISO 27001 certified. We are also planning to certify with ISO27001 by the end of 2022. 

Our pricing has been fixed for 3 years since 2018 and we are proud to have fixed this until the end of 2022.
