How do I reset my password?

You can go to the following link: www.my-compliance.co.uk/users/lostpassword. Account Admin can reset a password in the manage users and clicking the key icon next to the user name. Or when you go to log in, under the password box is an option to click 'forgotten password'. All these options will send a link to your email to reset this followed by a temporary password.
