Can I change the surname of a user or trainee?

An account admin is the only user level that can change the surname of a user or trainee. If you go to your name > Manage Users > click on the edit icon. This will change it in the training module too. If they are not a user and only in the Training Manager go to Modules > Training Manager > Options > Trainees > Click on edit button by trainees name > Change name.
